Lee, your website is very typical of the type of nonsense that is swallowed wholesale in the name of progress by 'feminsts' such as Karen Woodall. At the face of it, a great idea - a website by dad for dads. Ok, we'll overlook the narcissistic name of it and have a look at the content.. First article - one relating an anecdote against political correctness. And this is the problem.

The facts are, most marriages/parterships are ended by women, most often because of the man's behaviour. Men are many, many times more likely to be spiteful or abusive towards their ex partners as women, it is well documented. Men are also far more likely to use the children to'get at' the woman. Why? A male sense of entitlement and revenge and a viewpoint that the children are possessions. This is not feminist dogma, I'm a male pragmatist with experience of CAFCASS and family law.

If you don't believe me, look at he membership of F4J. A pathetic rabble unable to accept that their perceived status in society has been diminished by women daring to exercise their own rights and freedoms.

I just wanted to put on record the excellent work the centre for seperated fathers do and that I whole heartedly support the "think fathers campaign". My wife recently left me with our 3 young children and despite the law not differentiating between male and females, in practice everything seems skewed towards woman. It really is soul destroying for a man like me who has always put his wife and children first, to find out that depsite wanting to joint parent you have no real rights unless you drag your family through the family court system and even then there are no guarentees. It really is time the government, courts and organisations woke up to how flawed our systems are and how much times have changed and the dedication of real dads who put their families first.

I just published a child's book titled "That's Just The way It is" by Bobbie Cordero. go to Google Bobbie Cordero or http://www.eloquentbooks.com/That'sJustTheWa...
This story is designed to show that both parents usually love their children equally but when custody is an issue everyone suffers. A father's impact can remain constant, and positive in the life of a child. The story conveys the loving, nurturing, and critical relationship between a father and a little girl.

i am up for think fathers campaign because my wife has taken my kids and i have not seen them for past 5 weeks. i love my wife and kids but because i dont get along with her family, they have been instigating her and now we are separated because her father must have warned her to choose between him or me and she has obviously chosen to be with him. Ever since my children were born i have been by their side, infact we used to eat in the same plate evryday after school and i even put them to bed every night and now they are gone. It makes me sad when i see that women can get away with the domestic violence card and everybody believes them.

The Think Fathers campaign is just what is needed. Men are too often overlooked in their role as dads. I felt so strongly about dads being disregarded that I have recently set up www.superdads.co.uk which is by dads for dads.

Delighted to read the positivity around the government's Think Father campaign. As a widowed parent of nearly 4 years, taking sole care of my son when he was just 7 months old, I am very keen to learn more about it.

Perceptions can be as detailed, and I think it will be very difficult to sway opinion completely to accept that fathers can be just as good parents, and in many cases, even better than mothers. Regardless of how true that statement is.
